Gobble, Gobble!


Earlier this summer I bought a bag of wooden items at Deseret Industries for $2.00. Inside was this little turkey and wooden blocks.


 Obviously a few were missing, though I'm not sure what it used to spell...
 I taped off the edges and gave them a fresh coat of brown paint.


And added some new vinyl lettering.


They'll be the perfect mantel decoration for turkey day!

    What a great transformation! Maybe I should visit DI. Also I love the staging. I find it hard to stage things when I live in an apartment. Have any tips to share?
